Mental health:A real issue
Mental health is often neglected in our society and everyone just associate it with madness but it is one of the most important issues to talk about.
We human beings are only creatures which can use brain so effectively and thus it is primal for us to keep it healthy but talking about mental health is a big taboo in our society.
Humans have a tendency to excel and explore and thus we put a lot of pressure on our brain which eventually leads us to negative thinking or even depression.
In this workaholic materialistic world we are bound to be mentally engaged,we face a lot of stress in our respective workplaces,in family and even in personal relationships.
in this digital world we are also facing lack of human interaction and constant comparison of peers on social media that it is becoming toxic and seclusive tendency is becoming normal these days.
People are busy for no reason,they tend to avoid discussions and neglect spending time with others which leaves them no option other than being depressed.
I think for a healthy mental status people need to exercise thier brain with positive things such as following a good hobby,writing thier expressions,interacting with others especially children's to keep inner child alive and stop overthinking.
