the real issues with Indian education system

So with the rising population india recently surpassed China and now we are the home of the billions of aspirational youths...

But I think india is lacking the approach of fostering the young ones as we are still following outdated educative patterns.

In this Era of artificial intelligence we are still stuck on the cramming methods and we are clearly failed in utilization of vast diversity and creativity of our young generations.

In india basically everyone has cliche options and education is still intacted with earning money.

Due to lack of exploration and lack of understanding amongst students they are blindly following the cliche options as engeeniring,medical or atlast government jobs due to which only certain fields are overcrowded and as a nation we are failing to produce skilled upcoming generation which would eventually hamper growth of our economy. 

Due to lack of timely upgradation in our education system our students fail in recognizing and trapping theirs skills In other sectors and thus give rise to problem of unemployment. 

As per some reports india clearly lacks skilled youth in majority of the potential employment sectors.

For example a biology student didn't even explore fields of botanist,entomologist or even an environmentalist.

Whereas arts students didn't even covider to be a creative writer,a historian,pallenthologist,climate scientist etc.

And lack other intresting fields such as photographer,tour guide,florist,event planners and so on...

So basically I think our education system clearly needs an upgradation and our teachers should be able to trap the skills of our students and guide them towards a better direction.
