Voting:A duty that educated Indian neglects

India celebrated its 75th independence day ,the biggest democracy of the world.
India adopted democracy after independence and the makers of constitution put full faith on right to vote and concept of one person one vote which reflects true equality.
But it is a sad reality that Indian political parties always used voters as means to climb the ladders of positions and failed to instill sense of duty in the voters.
The very sad part about not involving In politics is that people who are less worthy rule others. From the time of independence a clear cut graph has shown that the educated middle class and the youngsters clearly lacked the participation in voting which in turn provided political parties a chance to play politics on basic needs and do not talk about real issues such as corruption, unemployment or lack of educational infrastructure.
A study clearly shows that unemployed poor classes act as a bait to political parties and participation of lower classes in maximum in pollings which make a easy way for political parties to manipulate the elections by luring the lower classes with false promises, money and even alcohol thus majorly elections in india has become laughing stock.
Indian youth and educated class must come forward and realise thier duty to vote as to ensure better political leadership which will ensure fight for good reasons and encourage others to focus on development issues rather than bogus issues such as caste, gender or religion. each vote of country is priceless if used with awareness and sense of duty toward india.
It is a humble request from my side that all of us must participate fully in this upcoming election and let's change the face of political grounds from Roti,Kapda, and Makaan to industrialization, education and employment.
